Dear Konoha.

This is going to take a bit of time to properly explain why I would send a notecard such as this. But frankly put....It's About time somebody moves aside the shadows that blind you all. For the most part. You all know I've been apart of konoha for a hmm long time, I won't go into detail about how long...it's Not needed. But I will go into detail about what's happened and what will keep on happening. Firstly. konoha was established as a predominantly OOC village. Based on the ability and intention to hang out and talk with friends and fellow sl residents who had a basic few things in common. (Naruto, ninja anime) etc. It was NOT made as a major IN CHAR ROLEPLAY village. Sure in char is awesome and fun I wont say it isn't. But at the same time it would be less of me to try to say it is the (Only thing that matters). Trying to turn a village made for OOC into a village of nothing but IC is not only foolhardy and ridiculous, but its in ethical and just flat out disrespectful. Disrespectful you ask?. Let me explain. Everyone who joined leaf prior to the last....3 months (Maybe longer) joined because it was a (Cool) place with (Cool) people. Friends family etc. And to take that and twist and turn it is why it is disrespectful. Because it does not just hurt the village. It hurts everyone involved, one way or another.

Another observation of mine. ((((Rules)))). Yes that is correct. I'm using the rule card. Now let me state rules are made to hold things together. Firmly and securely. There made to make sure people are safe and protected etc. Although, What I have noticed over the years (Not just from you konoha but being we're talking about you this is going to be based on you)Is that you believe everyone should obey your rules. SURE that's dandy. I would enforce them to if in the position. BUT. Answer me this? Why is it that you expect people to follow every and all rules you have when the very people demanding you obey them....Don't Obey them themselves?, you know exactly what I am talking about. "Don't use jutsu in the village", "No guns" "Show respect", As if.All I can say is you are the example. Monkey see....monkey Do.

Next subject. High ranks. This is a as you all to well know a military based sim. YES it is based off of a anime YES it is all "Make believe" YES this is all dandy....But Irrelevant to the point. The only reason you have people joining a rp village even in ooc. Is the hopes that one day they well become "Kakashi" or :Insert name here" that they will grasp the ranks of jounin-anbu-hokage-etc. Yet and anyone reading this right now going "Your full of shit karasu" is exactly what I am talking about. You all know damn well your not going to allow someone to become anbu that you do not know. Anyone who isn't on the "Strings" is not going to become jounin let alone something as drastic as anbu or hokage.

Respect. Yeah respect the big one. Look this is a topic coming from me would normally be shoved aside with yesterdays garbage, but hear me out. How in hell do you expect to "Keep" people if they don't get the necessary proper respect?. Let me explain. Keumjoo (Yes hun I am using your name) has been in leaf for aslong as I have. Before the days of ayla back when leaf was a ugly piece of crap farm-yard. And she has Ben anbu for the longest. She has donated,helped,fixed and repaired damage to the village on multiple occasions and helped everyone who needs it. Even in RP she is the only one consistent with following up on everything. So why is it someone like chavo can pay 2 thousand L$ and become anbu lt again? Even though keum has payed over what 100 thousand L$?, That aside. The blunt truth. If your not willing to kiss lisa's ass....your Not needed. Further more. Respect. Lisa has shown it to be impossible for her to deliver it properly. Examples? Deviantbone Xi, Rahsus Kronos. Tokenblack guyot Etc. People who have helped leaf for the longest. Deviant by providing the basic combat system for all ninja in sl (I thank you dev) and rahsus FOR BUILDING YOUR FUCKING VILLAGE, token for putting up with shit and backstabbing form everyone (Yes that's right I know all about your bullshit people, I am not the best investigator for nothing dimwits)These people have done allot. And what does Lisa do? Ejects and removes rahsus because he "Held" a meeting "Behind her back" LISA not everything needs to be brought to your attention. She decided that Deviant can't be nothing more then worthless because he is "Inactive" True but stupid to discriminate against for. Token....Hiring Someone to assassinate him? Are you kidding?Taking away all the HOKAGE'S rights but allowing ANBU to have rights wtf?. Simply put. If you want the respect you deserve....Kiss lisa's ass otherwise your nothing in her eyes.

People. That's right. Lisa your scared of intellectual people. You prove it by having chavo (I'll get to you in a minuet chavo >:})as your ANBU LT? Banning griff because he did something ALL OF YOUR ANBU DO???? Banning me for making this notecard (As if you wont) etc etc.

Natte....I Don't know what to say. Except this. You were in team win. Your're not an idiot I know you knew you would be entwined within the strings of puppet...and Not on the controlling end. You say you want "Power" and to be the top....Well that's fine....But What now? You're at the top natte. And you're not helping anyone except yourself and Lisa. Think hard about it.

Chavo. I'm going to type this like you would. I don think u have wat it takes to be in teh position u r in. frankly put u don't have the needed intelligence level LET ALONE the ability to show respect. u don rp well u don follow the rules that you so haphazardly enforce etc etc.

You know what. I'll draw this to an end, because its not worth it. Nothing will ever change. Tc konoha :) it's been dandy watching you die.
